In line with continued UK Government advice, The Place Telford will remain closed until further notice.
Despite the challenges over the last few weeks and those still ahead of us, The Place Telford Team have been working hard from home to maintain the best possible service for our customers, particularly in contacting all ticket holders affected by the recent closure. We are grateful for your continued understanding and patience as we progress. If you have not heard from us yet, we will be making contact in date order and will get to you as soon as possible.
In many cases we have been fortunate in securing new dates for our programme of shows. Where shows have had to cancel we will be offering a full refund.
We are very sad not to be sharing all of these much anticipated shows with you at this present time, but we are very grateful for your continued support and best wishes we have received as we work through and establish new ways of working.
If you have tickets for a performance that has been affected we will contact your by telephone or email (do remember to check your spam folder!). Where shows have been rescheduled we will transfer your booking in its entirety (preserving your seat selection) to the new date and issue new tickets to you. If this is not convenient you may wish to credit your theatre account to enjoy another show of your choice, or receive a full refund.
We are currently rescheduling all shows until the end of June and will be contacting customers in date order.
If you have an enquiry and wish to contact the theatre, please email email@example.com as we are unable to process telephone enquiries currently.
Should you wish to book for any of our shows currently available on our website then the same options will apply should the show have to be rescheduled or cancelled.
The Theatre Team would like to thank all of our customers for their consideration and continued support during these difficult times and hope that you are all keeping safe and well. We very much look forward to seeing you at the theatre again in the very near future.
